Only At Your M&S.

I love the M&S ad campaign for the Autumn/Winter '12 season featuring the song 'A Girl Like You' by Edward Collins. Its such a groovy, feel good advert and reaches out to a vast female audience showing that it doesn't matter how big or small or, how young or old you are to look good. Some great trends in the vid including military inspired by the likes of Victoria Beckham and Tommy Hilfiger, retro inspired by designers like Celine, Moschino and Burberry and graphic prints inspired by the original print queen Mary Katrantzou. The 'Only At Your M&S' brand is continuing to grow from strength to strength as seen here. The only thing that was missing for me was Twiggy, the original 60s, retro babe!

Lana Del Ray feat. H&M.

Loving the H&M's latest celebrity endorsed collection starring the beautiful Lana Del Ray. The collection is absolutely gorgeous with a contrasting rich autumnal colour palette with sweet pastel tones. My favourite pieces have got to be the angora jumpers in light coral and pale mint and also the mirror floral printed white blouse. Compared to Topshop, I love H&M's use of oxblood/burgendy in the colourway much more... Its not as gothic, depressing and dull looking. Below are some of my favourite looks from the collection and also the lovely video 'Blue Velvet' by Lana Del Ray that is also doubling the H&M advert. Enjoy the song, it's just so calming and beautiful. Next up for H&M... ANNA DELLO RUSSO!

Fortune cookie.

I got this fortune cookie last night when I went for dinner in Chinatown with my mom and my sister. I just hope it comes true!

Unique SS13.

This is definitely my favourite Unique show to date. I wasn't a fan of the cleopatra inspired collection for SS12 and I like the AW12 collection but I LOVE SS13. It's just amazing. A monochrome colour palette with flashes of blue, yellow, pale pink, grey marl, silver and SPARKLE. This will sound cliché, but it really does have a really grown up feel to it. I feel a bit disheartened by Topshop at the moment because nothing seems to be changing. Everything is dull and not as exciting as it used to be. The whole "let's dress weird and look like we need a wash and dye and cut our hair in ridiculous colours and styles because its cool" thing is starting to get a bit boring. I love how fresh this new collection is! I'm a huge fan of white so I'm all the more excite for this to hit stores next year! How amazing are the suits as well, so crisp and edgy hitting the structural and masculine nail straight on the head. Loving the flashes of yellow which is going to be a big trend for next spring/summer... It really reminds me of the start of spring! There's more... Stunning evening wear that looks like a dream - will hopefully be in stores just in time for my birthday in April. I could literally bang on all day. Just wish I'd of got to have gone to the show... Oh wait. I would actually need to get my hand on some tickets first!

Mary Katrantzou SS13.

I literally didn't think that Mary Katrantzou could produce a more beautiful yet edgy collection than her last but she has literally done it again... But better! Her symmetrical prints have inspired many retailers on the high street to follow by producing mirror designs across a variety of garments. The use of Swarovski elements and shimmering fabrics have made her collection even more luxurious and dazzling and puts her garments up there amongst those of haute couture designers from Paris. Inspired by world history, Guilloche pattern play, global exploration, postage stamps and bank notes, the collection has a really artistic, liberating and ornate feel to it. The colour way is very botanical, breathtaking and feminine featuring pale aquas and creams with hints of browns, dark greens, deep blues and sweet lilacs. Bravo! One of my favourite designers to showcase at LFW. Cannot wait to see more and more... Apparently an exciting collaboration is on the cards in the future!

Floral skinny trousers.

I am in love with my pansy print skinny tapered trousers from Next. Literally cannot get enough of them. They're perfect for lots of occasions... Shopping with boyfriend, dinner with friends and the shape means that I can wear them for work! Worn here with a simple black top and blazer both from Topshop. I usually wear them with my pointed silver toe capped stiletto heels from Topshop but after a busy week in heels everyday and then a manic weekend partying in my new sky scrapper KGs I thought I better give my poor feet a rest before my toes fall off an die (slight exaggeration I know).

Fluffy jumper outfit.

I literally love and hate London weather... It's so difficult to judge whether you need a jumper on in the morning at 6am! So I made a terrible mistake yesterday by deciding that it looked freezing outside and that it was finally time to get my fluffy premium ostrich feather Topshop jumper out. And what a mistake that was. BOILING WAS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Although, however big birdish my jumper was, I am still in love with it. Next to sequins and fur, feathers are one of my favourite fashion trims for making an outfit go from nice to amazing. The black jeans are from Zara and the boots are from Topshop. Also... My continuing relationship with the Blogger app on my iPhone is going from strength to strength. I can honestly say that I actually really enjoy updating you with my thoughts on the train of a morning. Cheers, to mobile blogging. LOVE.

Yesterday's outfit.

So I jumped on the camouflage bandwagon like two months ago and because I've either been away or it's been good weather I've not actually had chance to wear my new camouflage sweater from Topshop. I actually wore it with my new military coat with black leather sleeves also from Topshop but have lost the photo (boohoo!) I'll get a picture of it up over the weekend! I love it so much however, every store on the high street is making a copy of the coat, so every person wanting to dabble in the military trend has got their mitts on one! Annoying but I totally understand because it is beautiful! Also I just want to say I am actually loving blogging on the move... I'm still without internet (sigh)... Keep an eye out during the week go some of great street style pics as I'm going to be heading down to LFW at some point to get some inspiration and I'll definitely be posting on the go :) enjoy!

Acne shearling jacket.

So I'm continuing to blog on the move from my iPhone! Can't say I'm a fan but I just had to write about this amazing jacket I've just this second seen in the current October issue of British Vogue on the train home from work. It just screams look at me in its vibrant neon yellow and is bang on trend for this season but with a twist compared to Topshop Uniques shearling coat. It's from Acne and retails at a whopping £1420!!! Guess I WON'T be getting myself one of these to wear anytime soon! #gutted

Dreamcatcher Skirt

This weekend I have been back in the Midlands celebrating my baby sisters sweet 16th and her getting her first big modelling job for Harvey Nichols! So proud! Obvs had to get something to wear, so a shopping trip was in order! Literally getting sick of Topshop now... They seriously need to change the black and I oxblood colour palette! It's beginning to depress me! I had a look at All Saints new AW collection and some of it is to die for! Here is my lovely new Dreamcatcher Skirt that is available in store now worn with a simple tee also from All Saints and a long necklace from Topshop. More party pics to follow :)
